A development of 450 student flats in Brighton, known as 5 Circus Street, has been put up for sale for £67 million.
The apartments are located across four blocks and are currently fully let, with rent starting at £239 per week. The development, completed three years ago at a cost of £70 million, includes 81 studio flats, 366 en suite rooms, and three one-bedroom flats.
Although the flats are under the management of Kaplan as student accommodation until 2040, the owners, Scape Living, have decided to sell the complex.
The property is expected to attract interest from investors due to Brighton’s high student population.
