In the recent debate in Parliament on the Renters reform Bill (see here), we were pleased to see that two MP’s Anthony Mangnall and Sir Christopher Chope spoke in favour of retention of the Fixed Term.

This is a matter we believe to be of utmost importance to Landlords, and we will continue to work with both these MP’s, and members of the House of Lords to ensure an amendment is introduced for debate.
