• Net rental income: up 12%
• Occupancy: high at 98.1%
• Like-for-like rental growth: 4.1% per annum over the past seven years

CEO Helen Gordon highlighted the company’s focus on great homes, excellent service, and strong shareholder returns, noting that customer affordability remains resilient and satisfaction levels are sector-leading, comparable with top global consumer brands.
