The Deposit Protection Service (DPS) has made its dispute resolution webinars available on-demand, allowing landlords and tenants to access training at their convenience. The existing series now includes three new webinars led by DPS adjudicators:

• Avoiding Disputes – guidance on preventing disputes during a tenancy

• Deciphering Disputes – insight into how adjudicators assess evidence

• Case Study: Be the Adjudicator – an interactive example allowing viewers to decide a case themselves

DPS Managing Director Matt Trevett highlighted that over 6,000 landlords have already participated and that the on-demand format aims to make key tenancy management principles more accessible, especially during the busy spring moving season.
