The Home Building Fund offers flexible development finance to support SMEs, innovative developers, and housebuilders in delivering more homes, faster — and with a strong focus on innovation and community creation.

💡 What the Fund Supports

We support a wide range of residential development projects in England, including:

• Serviced plots for custom and self-build homes

• Off-site manufacturing and modern methods of construction (MMC)

• New entrants to the housing market

• Community-led housing initiatives

• Collaborations between small firms to develop larger sites

• Infrastructure funding, including enabling works and land preparation
