On 20 October 2022 32 homelessness organisations from across England, coordinated by Homeless Link, wrote to the Chancellor Jeremy Hunt. The letter calls on the Chancellor to implement a rise, in line with inflation, for homelessness financial support in the coming ‘Medium-Term Fiscal Statement’ on 31 October to help services deal with rising costs.
