Training and Accreditation for members
Are you aware there are over 160 laws, rules and regulations that landlords must be aware of? And that breaching some of them could be a criminal offence?
This full day course will take you through the important ones, and will help you stay on the right side of the law.
By taking this course, and passing the short test at the end, you will become fully accredited, and possibly able to get a discount from your next licence application (depending on which Council you come under).
